Terms of service

Ubitscord.ai manages Discord servers on your instruction. You may only connect servers you are authorised to administer, and you are responsible for the changes you approve.

You agree to use the service in line with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Ubitscord.ai is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

The agent acts on the instructions you give and the plans you approve. Destructive operations require your explicit approval; reversible operations can be undone, while deletions are permanent in Discord.

We work to keep the agent's actions within the permissions you grant, but you remain responsible for reviewing plans before approving them.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can change or cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for changes you instruct and approve that affect your server.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
