Privacy policy

Ubitscord.ai stores the Discord account details returned by sign-in (your user id, username, avatar and email where you grant it), the servers you connect, and a history of the operations the agent performs on your behalf.

For each connected server we cache a snapshot of its structure — channels, categories and roles — so the agent can plan changes without re-reading everything on every request. Snapshots expire and are refreshed.

To plan and apply changes the agent reads channel, category and role configuration, and message content in the channels it operates on. Content returned from Discord is treated only as data for the task at hand.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your server content to train models.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and billing period; we never store full card numbers — those are held by Stripe under their own terms.

You can disconnect a server at any time, which removes its cached snapshot. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we will remove it, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
